The materials we know

We quarry two granites in the mountains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Diamond Blue out of Buner, a blue grey stone with a strong even crystal structure. Black granite out of Dir, which is one of the strongest sellers in the international dimension stone market when the colour is clean and consistent.

Both are cut by diamond wire, not by blasting. That is why the blocks arrive square, sound and free of the fracture damage that turns dimension stone into aggregate. Blocks are trimmed and graded on site before they are offered, so what you see in the specification is what leaves the yard.

Mohmand and Bajaur white marble is a known and wanted material, bright and fine grained with soft grey veining. We work both deposits with dry chain saw cutting and wire sawing, which is the standard high bench method and needs no water at the cut.

We supply as raw block or as processed slab. Slab is cut on multi wire at 0.45mm to 0.65mm, which holds material yield above 97 percent, so very little of the block is lost to saw kerf waste.

We have run chromite operations for years. What a buyer contracts against is grade, consistency and delivery, and all three come out of grade control.

We blend across extraction zones to hold a consistent shipped grade, and every consignment goes out with sampling numbers behind it. Over multiple years of supply, shipments met contract specification without rejection.

We source iron ore across multiple Pakistani deposits and verify grade independently before any of it is offered. Sampling and testing on every consignment.

Individual producers rarely hold contract volume on their own, so we aggregate across producers to build shipment quantities a buyer can contract against, while holding the grade consistent across the blend.

Pakistani quartz moves into glass, ferrosilicon and processing markets internationally. What buyers need is purity they can plan a furnace charge against, which means verification, not assurance.

We sample and test every consignment and aggregate across producers to reach shipment volume. Documentation, inland haulage, port handling and shipping are managed as one chain.

Bauxite out of Pakistani deposits into refractory and processing markets. As with every material we export, the value is in verified grade and delivery a buyer can plan around.

We build shipment volume by aggregating across producers and hold the specification consistent across the blend, then handle documentation, certification, haulage and shipping through to the buyer's port.

Our copper prospect in North Waziristan is at project stage, not production. We have run a structured exploration programme with core drilling across the prospect to establish grade, continuity and extent, and assessed access, power, water and logistics alongside it.

Development is planned in stages, so capital is committed against proven ground, one stage at a time. We are not offering copper for sale. We are listing it because it is part of the work, and because the exploration capability behind it is available to other project holders.

We have supplied imported thermal coal to Pakistani cement plants for years. These are two different coals with different specifications and different freight economics, and running both means supply is not exposed to a single origin, a single port or a single market condition.

We match specification to each plant's kiln requirement and verify quality at load port, because a specification failure found at the plant is found far too late. Delivery is scheduled against the plant's consumption rate, not against convenience.
