The situation
What we walked into
An early stage copper prospect in difficult mountain terrain with real security and access constraints.
At this stage the only question that matters is whether the deposit justifies capital, and the only honest way to answer it is to drill and measure.

What we did
End to end
Consultation
We ran a structured exploration programme with core drilling across the prospect to establish grade, continuity and extent.
We assessed access, power, water and logistics, because a good deposit that cannot be reached economically is not a good deposit.
We produced a development plan with staged capital rather than a single commitment, so that each stage had to prove itself before the next was funded.
Equipment
We supplied core boring equipment with core and coreless bit sets for the sampling programme, DTH drilling equipment for development work, and the consumable supply chain to sustain drilling in a location where nothing is nearby.
Operations
We managed the exploration campaign on the ground and delivered a full assessment with the geological data behind it.
The result
What changed
The prospect was measured, and the owner had real data to take a capital decision on.
Staged development planning meant capital was committed against proven ground, one stage at a time. This is the work that comes before a mine is designed, and it is the work that decides whether the mine should exist.
